For the most part I have spent a lot of time at the doctors having IV antibiotics & dressing changes. Stopped the antibiotics thank goodness, but dressings still need doing.
In between these visits I have been busy sewing, finished Caitlin's quilt in January & it was just great to have all three finished. I am pleased to say that the quilts got mailed last week & each Grandie has received their quilt & love them. Seems like I got the colours just right for each of them.
After finishing the these quilts I got bitten by the bug & decided that I needed to get rid of the leftover pieces, started making a heart quilt (1) that was duely completed & DH claimed it for himself. Still had scraps leftover, ok, I'll make another heart quilt (2) for me (that is still WIP). The scrap pile had not decreased very much & as I had gotten bored with what was left I sewed the pieces together & created blocks for yet another quilt top (3). Time for a pit stop & another dressing change......... back later .
